On the beach with family. My daughter (Laura) was standing bij the sea en i want to take a picture who captured the feeling of holiday and free-time. So i take the picture that the boat was halfway in the picture.

Points are not the first thing where you post a picture for, but for the critiques where you can learn from. Maybe this picture is not the best I made or what you've seen on TL, but I think it's better than one critique which I received the firts time I post it.

It also can be because it was the first picture I post on TL and nobody know me at that time or it's bad. That's the reason I re-post this picture.

I like to know if you like the picture or not. Any critique is welcome.

Best regards,

Don

I like the tone and different angle for this portrait. Of course, points is always secondary.

I liked this Portraid!
Pretty girl ;-)
Good POV!
TFS!

Hi Don, prachtig portret.

Marleen

I like the colour toning in this.

Hi Don... Nice sharp photo of your daugther..I like the tone...but i think you should get rid of the boat..maybe its just to close to her head.. if it was a bit further away would be ok...(just my view)...
Pretty daughter you have Don.

Thanks for sharing..
Kind Regards
Dawn.

Good portrait shot, Don, and a wonderful sepia tone! I like it very much. You have a beautiful daughter!
Kind regards,
Annelies

Lekker grietje Don !

So.. points and a Tulip from the Jury in the Netherlands (^_^)

Bye

John

Een korte simpele zin:

ps
Volgende keer doe ik weer aardig (gigle)

Hi Don,
Thinking and happy.
As a father i like the pictures with children, because they are so happy in the many of times.
The B&W and frame results very well.
Best regards,

Great shot. I would have liked to see a little space on the top between her hair and the frame, and possibly get the boat slightly further out to the left. Well presented though. Well done
