[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello peeps!

So... we came back from a very wet, windy and terribly cold summer vacation up in Norway.
Of course we knew we could expect this, going to our favorite destination so early in the season.
And believe me; we had everything! from snow to mist to wind to temperatures around 20ºC (althoug that was just for a half hour!).

Anyway, while most of our days were grey, wet and very cold, we did get to see the sun from time to time... briefly.
On one of those occations we went our to the lake near the campsite in Straumen, way above the Polar Circle.
I think I shot some really nice scenery here and since the rain had washed all the dust from the air the view was very clear and crisp as you can see.

PP-work? not much... just played around with a bit of contrast and saturation.
Oh and added the "frame" of course.

Wat een prachtige opname.Alles is aanwezig,voorgrond, weerspiegeling, goeie lucht en een prachtige compositie. En wat betreft dat slechte weer daar,je moet er natuurlijk wél wat voor ocer hebben.

Hello Anneke!
May in Norway can be a cold and grey experience - or an explosion of light and colors if you are more lucky with the weather (like in this photo).
Nice composition here, and you have captured very well the bright colors of spring.

By the way.. April and May are the best months for skiing in the mountains north of the polar circle. Perhaps you should bring your winter gear next time you have such an early vacation!? :-)

Shame on me, didn't checked you portfolio for a while, sorry my dear.
But you are really surprising me with this great picture, such a clarity, such a great panorama. The reflections are superb captured, the colours so natural. The blurred frame effect is refreshing from other standard frames like mine. Add this picture to my favorites. Looking forward to more!

Deze vind ik erg mooi Anneke ! Het is net een ansichtkaart. Schitterende compositie met mooie kleuren en een goede scherpte. Ben er nog nooit geweest, t lijkt me een indrukwekkend land qua natuur. Alleen dat weer ja.......
