Hoi An,
To catch the bad weather is always a challenge. You give it a good try here, but there are some snags in it. First at all it appears to me the picture is slightly tilted clockwise (despite the original was tilted counter clockwise), look at the water level in the distance. Secondly, particular the foreground looks to suffer of motion blur. Nonetheless you show here the raging weather of Norway, that's for sure.

Yes Anneke! A real bad storm! I can see the white caps! Nice shot, even though it's a dark and dreary day! Lots of drama in this shot!

Lekker hé zo'n buitje in je vakantie.Ik vind hier de sfeer erg goed weergegeven.Enigszins onherbergzaam door de auto's in de verte.Dit maak je toch maar mee. En je kunt met je foto's de sfeer laten proeven.

I've been in Reine on June 2005 and I've got a memories of a sunshine bay and montains with snowed peaks near the see.
You've catched an inusual view of Lofoten often portaied on fair weather.

Very dramatics shot and intriguing atmosphere of light and shadows.

Well, I wouldn't want to be out in it for long. i think you captured the feel of it quite well.
Technical perfection, perhaps not, but a very effective image that, I'm betting lost a bit in the resizing for here.

dear Anneke,
a nice picture of stormy view.
it is really one severe face of the nature, maybe darkness is more impressive than lighted world.
the state of cloud is very interesting and the wave on the sea is artistic. the lights of cars look lovely in this condition.
whole wild atmosphere is actually photogenic.

The weather condition here also appear so often in Ireland so be preppared ;)
Maybe no to bad like here but also windy and rainy green Irland cen be.
