[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Photo of my fishing friend, Duke in the summer of 2004. He was running towards me at 'ridiculous' speed looking more like a rag than a dog. I've made the effect creating a different layer which was blurred (Gaussian). Then cut out in the middle where the dog was. Color + contrast adjusted as well in PS:
