[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken in Spring of 1968 from a ship in a fjord in Norway, in the general vicinity of Bergen. I was struck by the absolute stillness of the water. This is a digital copy of the original 35mm transparency taken with an Agfa camera (sorry, don't have any technical details of f-stop, exposure, etc.). This is exactly as it copied from the original.
Apologies in advance to anyone in Norway if I've got the State wrong for Bergen - let me know and I'll change it!

Hello again Tony,
I am glad to see you updated your Intro pages. This shot is really astounding - partly for its age but also for the compositions. While the image quality is somewhat reduced this is still a fantastic capture.I like that you didnt crop it completely symmetrically.
Excellent. Posting lots of old photos is a wonderful idea.
