[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
When I was taking this photo I was thinking about composing a kind of panorama. I wanted to make almost half with snow and almost half with sky.

I wait until the skier has past the dark area, and I think that the result gives a feeling of that the skier drag on something heavy, but still it has it goal and are thinking to continue.

Any advice for other way of croping, or elements that could make it better?

Welcome to TL, Eiliv. The idea is very good, my first impression was indeed that the skier towed something heavy. I think that the picture could have been sharper, and that the noise in the sky should have been removed with NeatImago or so.
