| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
awhile a go Ricard aka Kilted Arab posted a fake tilt photo he learned from a member here.
here is the text from Richards post giving credit where credit is due........" I first saw this effect on Treklens in this shot, posted by Wojciech/Espanek
Thankfully his note included a link to a tutorial on how to replicate the effect - so go see his photo for instructions :-)"
Wojciech/Espanek's shot
and Richards
That had Photoshop instructions on how to achieve this "toy" like look. I only have Photoshop Elements 5 so I did not have the correct tools to achieve the look via the directions.........
BUT
I FOUND a filter in the free program Photoscape called Fake tilt shift :)
that is what I did here...
Feel free as always to tell me if its all wrong! Tell me how to improve. Tell me if this is the wrong type of shot to try this with. Or better yet show me in a WS :):) |

Hello Tricia.
This is really cool. Your POV was good for this technique.
Very good composition too. Colours are well saturated and pleasant.
Well done.
Wojciech
