Hi Pablo!

almost perfect. I love the compo and the light a lot, but the crop is not very good, the pic has a bizzare framing: too little for a vertical, too large for an horizontal. as for me, I would crop very little from the left... that's my only critique;)

Hehe, it's Pablo that's popular, not so much the sheep.

I think you've used the goden ratio on purpouse for this pic:

pic/sky = 1.62
sky/earth = 1.62
earth/forest = 1.62
forest/meadow = 1.62
meadow/sheep = 1.62
sheep/ground = 1.62

Remark:
earth = meadow+forest
meadow = ground under sheep's legs+sheep

That makes you an Albrecht Durer or Leonardo of photography!

This time I'm serious - those who do not believe - take a ruler and a calculator, measure the vertical dimensions and calculate!

hello Pablo,
I have sheep pictures too...but on TE. Some people get really good close ups showing the texture of the wool which makes for attractive shots. You have gone for the long shot, a layered landscape composition. You have obeyed the thirds rule but I think you could do better next time...prove me right!

Yes sheeps have something special. I alway's find they look funny. But what a surprise to learn about they're curious instinc. It look very stupid but did you know they follow the leader... The sheep, not the humain...If he fall from a very high point... cause they are following they will continue and all dying with him!
The B&W here present well the contrast of the pale and dark witk sheeps and forest!

Hi Pablo,
It must be the child in everyone of us - growing up with nursery rhymes about sheep, having sheep as cuddly toys and as a photographer if you wait they are so nosy that they will come and check out what you are about. So yes - they have a kind of appeal.
