Hi Pablo,
Now I understand your experiment and can party understand your thougts behind the theory. Some people would porbably base the high visit of your previous photo on your high point score and so familiar scratch my back then I scrarch your theory. But I disagree with this one. The previous photo and also this one are just beautiful photos that deserve all the attention. All the so familiar aspects are excellent presented in this photo. I just love the oldness of the fence.
I didn't know you were also active on TE. That must mean you dedicate a lot of your time to photography....Respect.
Thanks,
Niek

Hi Pablo, very nice fence shot! Light and composition are great. The frame is distracting in this case(imho) :)
And I disagree with your theory about TE and TL. I test some times to post something in TE...for me there are there impoliteness and too much sacred cows that doesn't take the time for share their ''knowledge'

Hi Pablo- I am liking the fence series- another great shot from the Ponderosa ;) I like the soft shadows, the beautifully weathered fence and the majestic pine trees on the hilltop in the background- very peaceful mood here- nice work!
Best wishes,

Hi Pablo,
It's always good to experiment. Because we can try new techniques and 'see' things that we normally wouldn't even notice. So, here, my friend, you photographed a fence in such a way that we normally wouldn't stop to look.
Very well seen and composed!

Pablo, this one looks even more beautiful than the last one, and I liked the last one a lot!! Excellent composition, and the lighting in this image looks beautiful, subtle, and very sweet. If this is an "experiment," you did great, and I'd love to see more of it! Best, Sam :0)

pablo,
a fence with it sown life and history to tell us. on closer examination i find that your theory works partly, why i say this?! because it is teh quality of your photo that makes who you are, and no matter where you post you photos there will be plenty of people to appreciate it.
i like the pov and nice use of light here.

Pablo - dangerous time to photograph this scene, as there are lots of shadows, and the highlight areas loose details. Try again at a different time, perhaps early morning of at such a time that the lighting on the main subject is correct and evenly spread.
It is a nice scene and has lots of potential.

Dear Pablo, these fence works are like old oil paintings of flamish painters. It is simple and nice and calling "back to nature!"

Hi Pablo,
Very nice photo of this fence, I like the POV and the great sharpness that enable us to see the great details of this fence. The sun is creating nice contrasts with the shades. Very well done.

Hei Pablo, I have started working my way backwards, through your postings. I seem to find only the time to upload new material, or comment on other people’s submissions, to do both in a consistent manner is just beyond the amount of time I have available to do so. For me to post and categorise photographs on to different forums would just be too much work. So I use this general forum for everything. It is so very refreshing to see this posting of yours. I have never been state side, but it strikes me that this weathered fence could just as easily be on a ranch somewhere in the states! Nothing in the wrong place here. Mvh G

Hi Pablo,
Interesting comparisons you have made between the two sites. I was once on TE and many of the photos I loaded there were rated miserably. I deleted from TE and have reloaded some here and they received a far better response. This is yet another classic. Excellent composition with lovely soft colours and a perfect POV. TFS,
David

Hi Pablo, This fence would only keep in well-behaved animals perhaps, but your creative bent makes it look like a piece of art. Well done. Murray.

Hi Pablo,
I just love the soft lighting on the old weathered fence. The fence has such nice textures and colours. The large evergreen also add an interesting focal point with colour.

Hello Pablo, this is very well taken. I love the way that light reflects on the fence and on the ground whit soft shadows.
Also your pov with the diagonal line of the fence besides this pine tree framing it.
This is a nice composition on soft brown tones.
Great work!
Cheers, Yan :)

The picture in view is pretty interesting. I can see the season impact on the fence which needs to be maintained. Combination of shadow and the sun has been captured very well.
Thanks for sharing a pleasent picture.
a nice picture pablo ! i dont know if you know Michel from Loeneberga from Astrid Lindgren, but in the movies the fences look same like this one ... thats just about the fence and my association !

Very dry! and fresh nature at the same time. Dry for the fence, it's continue in the herp a little on the trees but we see by the pine, theyre is some good moisture! Earth had not totally wake-up the vegetation but it's soon! Probably today we can do a nice meal behind the fence. :)

Hello Pablo
These perch fences are also an icon of times gone by in canadian open countrysides.
Yours appears quite genuine by its neglected construction.
Best regards.
