Hi Pablo,
Cool reflections and the shot reminds of the movie Titanic. Had there been a subject with arms spread wide on the railings of the dam the title could be different.
But my dear friend, where were you standing while taking this shot?

Wonderfull view, stunning!
Good to see your camera specs aswell Pablo. The other day I did read a test in a leading consumers magazine and the Nikon D50 came out as best buy in price-quality ratio! Amazing , right ? And looking to your photo I understand why! Compliments and thanks for sharing.

Perfectly composed image, with proper saturation adjustment. Sometimes it's easy to get carried away with nature and overdo it with colours, but you managed to give a vivid look yet natural at the same time. Bravo! I also like the sharp, well-defined edges.

Both impressive shots. Excellent POV in this one showing the curve of the dam wall and the reflections in the reservoir. We have a huge number of dams down here unfortunately most are used for hydro power and not enough for domestic use. 25% of Tasmanians have a water supply which would fail World Health tests in Third World countries. Hi Pablo - Wish to have been there myself (hop away from Bangkok for a Sunday afternoon or so...). Your image is simple and attractive with its horizontal lines & their reflections against the near vertically running curves of the road/bride. Beautiful colours in the sun. Dear Pablo,
This midsummer photo is very pleasant to the eyes. This invention of yours - the "dagger" effect works very well: the concrete stabs into the flash of Nature but Nature can witstand the blow and keep its beauty.
