As far as I can see you are very concerned with air pollution.
You might be right about the reason for the sunsets colours. Nevertheless,it's so beautiful, what you've captured. A lovely contrast between the dark hill silhouette and the pink cloud. Excellent!

A wonderful capture of dark silhouettes and blue sky with those suncoloured clouds - Hoya - if I'm not mistaken my spectacle glasses are the same brand.
With this kind of picture I would end up with an OE sky - so I really enjoy what you did.

Special to see a sunset where there is much black presence then colors of fire! I like the way only clouds look like burning from inside :)

But then again your winter months offer you plenty of setting suns or a set sun in general.
Great work on the simplicity of the composition, with the wonderful silhoutte of the mountain entering from the bottom left corner. The soft warm colors captured on the clouds are superb.

Hello Señor Pablo,

Your have beautifully captured the light of sun which is vanished behind the ridge. Warm tones of the clouds are providing a hyper rejoice mood over the cool blue sky. Selection of point of view is excellent. Well done.

Hello Pablo. I like the scene. The coloured clouds make a nice contrast against the dark hills. You managed light very well in tis image and created an interesting picture with good colours and fine details. The framing and the good placement of the hill and inclusion of the tree on the right give the image a pleasant visual appeal. Nice work Pablo :-)

I like your minimalistic sunset capture with red clouds - like demonstration banners in a South-European country;-). Or like a flame in the wood - we had a lot of them lately... The diagonal curve of the hill has a very pleasant shape.

Well, at least the pollution isn't bad enough that you can't even see the sunset.

A nice shot, Pablo. I like the color and pattern of the light, dark, and cloud. It might be worth bring out a really long lens and trying to capture a really tight shot of the dark jagged line of evergreens against the soft puffy color of the clouds, too.

I remember sun - sets and ups in these northern exposures. You'd have to be awake at ungodly hours to record them! Were you partying all night (that's how I used to catch sunsets in Sweden in summer)?

Hi Pablo,

Sunsets are very beautiful indeed. Photography-wise, they are "easy", but that also makes them susceptible to repetition. I think the greatest success in your photo is that it offers something different from the ordinary (albeit, always interesting and attractive to watch) "horizon-sunset-yellow clouds" scene.

Notice though the low quality of the JPEG compression (the file was only 53kb), which has created some distortion on the sky

A refinement in composition: You opposed a bold oblique foreground to pastel tones for our enjoyment in this paradoxal view.
Strangely my perception is not bothered by that much darkness, my eyes focus mainly on pink cotton and on laced pattern at right..
