That is a good tip, I still have to remind myself that it's digital and it does not cost a thing to experiment - however old habits die hard. You will come across more norwegian skies I'm afraid, because I just loved the skies in Norway.
Isn't it wonderful to have those rich red houses to brighten up your picture. A real feast. Love it.

The cloud and the shadow cast on the hill-side vegetation just underneath add a very good sense of depth.

Breathtaking sky my friend and I'm very happy with your explanation regarding the use of the polarizing filter and the 2 stops under exposure. I'll goingto try that (iff the weather gives me this kind of sky's, it's right now vert poor weather in the Netherlands) Anyway the large area of sky and the relitive land area gives it a dramatic look. Hi Pablo, The clouds here are amazing and seem to be very close to the ground...the wide angle works well here. Polarizer IS ALWAYS a nice thing and you used it well here. I don't take many wide angle shots as I don't have a good wide lens, but this is very inspiring, makes me wanna get one soon:) Very nice shooting Pablo, as always.

By your note i realise we often do the same way. I enjoy to underexpose the sky a little. It give a liberty! Just that give a dramatic and if i readjust after it could even give tragic.
We had an electric strorm... Very rare at the end of september. A dome with a light from a hole in the sky... Very tragic dark sky... A little increased by that underexposure... I believe i will don't have to retouch!

My polirized miss me. Wrong size for my actual camera. I know how he increase! If i remade my stock one day, i believe i will go for Cokkin square filter system... a little more expensive but great quality and it follow many size.. just change the adaptor!
It help for a realism like that for deep and colors!

Almost forgot.. With some observation you will see a very close up of a dod's head!
