Hello Pablo
While driving to Newfoundland, Canada, we got on board of such a giant car and truck eater for a six-hours cruise. They carry many small bedrooms for truck drivers, and many facilities such as WiFi connection for Internet, a cafeteria, bars, cinéma and of course, slot machines. I was so impressed by those jaws.

This is sooo Norway - love those ferries and that nose that opens. Only one time I was a bit afraid - we had to drive at a steep angle up on some platform, were left hanging, foot on break and hand on handbreak, and then the whole thing was slowly levelled (hope my explanation was understandable).
Because we are on holiday when seeing this, your pictures gives me a sense of adventure - of total freedom - well that's what Norway does to us. So thanks

Excellent compo, very nice colors and northern soft light. The red and white boat pleasantly contrasts with the steel water and the pale blue sky. I like the slightly melancholic atmosphere (or maybe it is only the soft, pale light ?)

boats are great..coming and going outside and inside..there is nothing quite like...well boating!..rat in wind and the willows
i used to work on boats as an engineer and love the shape and form of all vessels..they arent ships to me
this is a diesel and probably runs on sulzer engines..two..as per smoke stacks and steerable nozzles on the propellors..variable pitch..just like tugs for maneouverability
makes my heart race

Good looking picture taken on the right moment, but a dangerous moment. That should be shut off, till the ship is to the shore.
They should know better after the disaster with the "Herald of free Enterprice" at Zeebrugge in Belgium.!

Hi Pablo,
This one caught my eye because in about a month I will board a ferry similar to this one for a week long visit to Vinalhaven an island located 13 miles, 21 kilometers of the coast of Maine. Beautiful clear colors and razor sharp detils seen as this large boat chugs across the silver blue fjord. It is alway exciting when they take off and it this case especially so because one will see the special beauty of the fjord.
