Hello Jos, I like landscape images without the sky, this is a fine example, a range of complimentary colours, water in the foreground and background, the buildings are balanced as well.

Impressive how vivid are the colors! That POV about the norge water is something great! I have the impression it's a young cascade.
A strong water movement like that let trace.... Grand Canyon is an exemple valuable i believe :)
But the grean is mostly alive here!

This image is a bit small, but the scenery is typical!
Way back when settling for the first time they often choose locations like this near a waterfall that could provide power for flour mill, sawmill, whatever!
