| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is a adaptation of an original Black&White picture from 1976.
It is a gate in the famous vigelandparken in Oslo.
First I fashioned the B&W picture.
More clearness and more contrast.
Sharpen some blurred parts.
I had than a picture almost like a ink drawing.
To get a softer atmosphere I added some color.
Resized the picture. |

Well adapted. A very beautiful scene. I realy loved this park, it also has some very nice memories for my wife and I.
Vigeland was an amazing artist. Did you see the crypt of his brother? As a painter you would realy appreciate that very much. As the story goes the more famous Vigeland's brother was very jealous of the attension he got, so he did an amazing work of art, his own cript that is open to visitors, along with a very small gallery of his painting works. The crypt inside itself is amazing. Quite an experience...
I love the way you have added the slight green afterwards is very nice...
