[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A stave church is a medieval wooden church with a post and beam construction related to timber framing. The wall frames are filled with vertical planks. The load-bearing posts have lent their name to the building technique.

This church dates to approximately second part of 12th century, but was rebuilt into cruciform during the 1600s.

The picture has been cropped and slightly rotated to get a more dramatic look. The picture was taken as the sun said farewell, then enhanced the warm colours in post using a warming filter.

Without notesing, I captured a squirrel in this shot as well.

Interesting and well rendered architectural details. The slight tilt as well as the dark, late evening tones enhance the mood. Nice work.
cheers,
Cristian

Hi Kjetil, this is very well captured, I like the tilt. Nice close-up on the roof work. I like it very much.
