[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this moody shot on my summer vacation to Norway. I went to see Lomen stave church with my family. The sky went so cloudy and the silence was ominous.
Opposite to the church we had this breathtaking view of the lake. It inspired me to try a handheld panorama, of which this is the result. In fact I had to crop the length a little to satisfy the dimensions of the picture here.
Norway - at least the part I visited - is just so beautiful and the views are so staggering again and again.
I have tried to upload a larger version of the panorama as a "large post".

Beautiful shot. I maybe would like it shifted left, so the house isn't cut off, but that is an arbitrary detail in a scene as magical as this. TFS.

:-) I share your enthusiasm about the Norwegian landscape Jan. It is absolutely stunning!

I also really like this panorama here... Wonderful colors and a great sky! This is how I have seen it dozens of times and I still can't get enough of it.
Well chosen dimentions on this panorama! Good work.

Lovely clear panorama, you have done well with taking the photos hand-held, Pity there is not a little more photo to the left. Still very nice well done.
