A beautiful sundown at Fedje, located north of Bergen. Fedje is a small group of islands. The main island is 7,4 sq. km., while all 125 islands together is about 9 sq. km. That means that it is the third smallest of the about 430 "kommunene" in Norway. The highest point is "Fedjebjørnen", which is 42 metres above sea level.
The photo is taken to north, in the summer. The rocks in front is from one of the largest of the smaller islands.
Behind there, we can see the sea all the way up to the horizon. The sky is orange becouse of the sundown, and the sun still shines.
I think that maybe the sun shouldn't so near the middle, but I don't know, cause all in all I'm happy with it too. |
