She's adorable. Great mood shot here. She looks so pensive for so young.

I like your decision to present this in black and white. I'm not sure what the original colors were, but removing them seems to have focused more of the image on your goddaughter.

I wish there was a little more eye contact in this one. With her facial expression so muted, the eye contact is needed to draw the viewer into her personality. I also think the background is a bit too distracting. With all the lines and intersections behind her, as well as what looks like a large arm coming from her shoulder, I'm drawn away from her eyes.

That said, your depth-of-field is spot on; she seems to be perfectly sharp while the background is thrown way out of focus. I like your angle, too -- very vibrant.
