I really like the colour combination of blue and white and how you have manged to capture the vibrance of these colours ...

the only thing i see a bit odd is the picket fence which i think is a bit of distraction and is slightly over exposed. The shot would have been even better if this fence was completely left out of the fram or treated for exposure control in PS.

Other then that its a great shot - i really like it Sir.
