Lovely face, of course! :) I like the diagonal composition you made and the natural frame of her hair on both sides. Really a good job!
Of course, her skin is still a bit blurred, but eyes are sharp. B&W fits fine.
She is really a great model for you and you manage to capture her very well each time. I'm looking forward for more portraits of her :)
