Just when I thought that winter in Poland was over,it came back unexpectedly at the end of March,covering all the trees,vines,flowers and bushes with heavy heaps of snow.
The vine rising shyly above the snow in my photo is Common ivy.
Hedera helix (Common ivy) is a species of ivy native to most of Europe, from Ireland northeast to southern Scandinavia, south to Spain, and east to Ukraine and also northern Turkey in southwestern Asia.
