I like very much this portrait. great expresion on his face. but IMHO too many colors which disturb my glance.

Great selective focus Slawek. Amybe i would cropp a bit at th eleft side, to remove th red part. As Pascall mention, ther are many colours here but that is only a small thing. This is a great potrait.

Excellent shot, strong one. You catched a hard expression, and well use of blur of the background, to resalt only one police.

Hey Slawek, Not to just repeat what everyone else has said but, I love the depth of field in this photo. Did you achieve this when you photographed it, or did you use software for manipulation? The results are great regardless :)

i like the emotion and mood you have captured. the serious expression.

i've done my deal of ceremonies, of standing at attention or standing with the flags (sztandar). although i may only be a scout, and have not endured the long hours of doing the honour gaurd duty as these young police officers or soldiers. i do believe its a hard job, that not only needs physical but spiritual and mental prepardeness.

i like the way you were able to capture the police officer's uniform detail!
