Nice DOF, sufficient lighting and sharp focusing to bring out the subject nicely. Good shot!
By the way, sincere condolences to you and your countrymen/women on the passing of one of Poland's great sons, Pope John Paul II.

As for the location and the date I am guessing that no words are needed to make it plain that the subject for this image has to do with the passing of His Holiness John Paul 2. However, that said, I would like to know more about this. Where is she standing, what is going on around her et cetera. A girl as young as her, may not really know what is going on around her and is comsumed by the grief of the nation and those close to her, but lacks real clarity of understanding. I would like to know what is driving her own grief.

That said, the portrait is wonderful. The expression on her face and the slight tilt of her head melts your heart. Well captured.
