Hello, Maciej -
What an interesting image; the sets of mooring posts on the right and left almost look like mirror images of each other, but subtle differences can be seen. The slow shutter speed creates a dream-like effect on the surface of the water. The composition has nice layers with the sky and water; the posts lead the eye toward the center. Very well seen and presented.
