I like this high key shot very much.
Good detail, well focus bring immidiate attention to the eye of the model, which by the way, is quite beautiful.

Hello Krzysztof,
The pose (excellent facial expression), the soft colours (somewhat subdued), the good depth of field and the interesting tight crop result in a truly beautiful portrait.
The only (minor) imperfection I see is what seems to be a stalk of grass on the right side, reaching towards her lips. I would have tried to avoid that.
