The inscriptions means:
The supressor of the synchronous engine's transformer of the reserve shaft lift machine "Reymont East and West".
Quite simple, isn't it? And I have to mention that this supressor has quite ginger hair in original...

An old coal mine "Andaluzja" which is beeing liquidated now.
