Nice outdoor portrait in B/M mode, you have many nice portraits in your gallery, well done.
Her chin is out of focus but her ear rings are in DOF, so its better to focus on her nose.

i love the black and white, and the frame is a nice subtle touch.

sharp and clear, great shot.

one comment maybe having the whole of the subjects head in the frame might be nice but it is still a brilliant shot!
