Hi,
I've looked at several of your portrait, found a few that I like. But it seem, that you're not paying attention to what you're actually photographing. I also believe that you could learn a lot, by an auto-critique on your part.
Here the models (tho they all look good), are all lined up, The front girl, take all the place, you can see the third one better then the second one, that seem glued to the first one...as for the fourth one, well we can't see very much of her, don't you think. You should have moved a little bit more toward the right.
As far as the background, well the box on the floor, is a bit disturbing, nothing really glamourous. It almost look like a "pratice" before the actual show.
I know this part as nothing to do with you, but it seem that it was badly coordinated, good choice of girls, but nothing goes together here...the style varies from one girl to and other...none matching shoes style. High heels and running shoes..)))
As the shot itself, well as I said..pretty girls, but pretty girl don't automaticly create a "pretty picture". Focus on what you see, and mostly how you feel about it, take the time to look what happening in the viewfinder. Good luck, and happy shooting.
