It's a piece of poem written especially for children... I find it funny.
Actually it's very important to find your own colors which make you feel happier. During autumn, when everything seems to be sad and grey, when day lasts only 8 hours, we have to stay colorful in- and of course outside.
That's my own colors: bright&glowing, I keep smiling so that my face could harmonize with them.

Oh, by the way, I took this picture by a chance...

I agree. Pink and purple. Very nice colours. A suggestion. If you crop more on the right to get rid of the buildings it would put the focus even more on the interesting scarf. I assume it is a scarf.
