Never comes back
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
There is a feeling, striking me suddenly many times while being with my daughter... I'm coming back to my childhood, beautiful childhood, which I can see only in my memories now, like in a not very clear mirror. Like this one - in a park, a piece of metal plate, where children may slide down.
This photo was turned upside down. I touch that plate and I have the impression I touch the border between past and present. I'm looking into the face of my little one and I have the impression I see myself - in that dream - my beautiful childhood - the secret - that will never come back. |

a very poetic note to complement a poetic photograph. great idea to flip the image. the viewer makes eye contact with the reflection of your daughter and it really draws us in to the frame. Great job!

Incredibly poetic, Piotr.
Such a touching image, and lovely ,sad sentiment behind it.

Bautiful picture composition properly rotated for effect. Your write-up is very touching I cannot help but think of my childhood and my father's photographs when I was the age of your daughter.
