Foggy atmosphere, middle of the road, surrounded by the trees and winter. Excellent image has been taken which is presenting a sensual perspective. A bleak image of two persons is adding life and charm of vision. Well done.

Oh yes, I like it!
To me you perfectly captured the atmosphere of a foggy day (soft colours, of course, but also the grainy aspect and your other PP-choices).
As to the mood, the two persons walking hand in hand learn us that fog not HAS to be cold and solitary. I almost can feel what they feel, walking over there. They seem happy.
