This is such a sweet capture with great details on your two subjects. I think I would be inclined to do a little post processing on the background, though -- something to fade it or darken it so that it is a little less distracing, perhaps.

The girl and the big cat makes a odd pair, which I like. A bit disturbing background, but still a very nice photo :)

Hi Hans,

A great shot, with an interesting surrounding area- I mean when you really look at it, you can see the vague glimpse of a vast area into the top right corner. Then there's the strange red machine in the back (a cement mixer?) And then that lovely pattern in those cement shapes... I like the area surrounding the little girl and the fat cat. ;) But the main focus is the girl and the cat, where it should be becuase they're adorable and very picturesque. Wonderful image!

Bardzo mi się podoba ta dziewczynka z kotkiem. Nie zawsze można jednak liczyć na dobre tło. Zrobiłam WS i usunełam tło, może jak dobrze opanuję technikę wstawiania tła w PS zrobię to lepiej.
