Hi Agnieszka.
A beautiful image of these two hands, I can feel the moment.
For me, my preference, less would be better. A nice tight crop on just the hands makes a more powerful image and if you turned it into black and white there would be no distraction in the different colours of both hands.
That choice is totally yours though, do have a try at turning it into b/w and see what you think.
I did a workshop on the crop as an idea.

I did a similar concept for my new and one and only nephew and I'll post it next time. I'd rather crop some parts on the left and at the bottom.
