Can you relax a bit? Looking very tense. And how long is your timer? Try to use f/3 and faster shutter to have better sharpness.

Hi Magdalena
I just love this self portrait, the look, the centred composition and the
very slightly over exposition on the face. The simple grainy looking
background is excellent, (maybe I would have removed the cushion,
but that is only a minor detail in my mind to make the bg even more
simple). The black and white and the contrasts are great.
