I like this shot, but I think if I change the background with different colors and give it a bit gradation maybe it's will be much better.
I create a workshop on PP to change the BG with white and Black, I hope you like it. :)

So small compared to the hand and yes, delicate. Looks like the hand is also touched with pollen yellow color. Quite a change in macro from normal background.

The effect is very nice and the macro on your hand (is it your?) is great
