Despite the bad weather conditions , the clarity and sharpness is optimum, I think it's HDR, very relaxing scenery..

Robert,
I like the composition. The road leading us to the back of the photo is great. The puddles remind us that it has just rained. The fences draw some boundaries to keep our eyes from wandering. Nice photo....
No notes and no Exif data....any particular reason?

Well saturated colours in the ground and building and a very moody and atmospheric sky. Its a pity there's no exif data nor photographers note though :-(
