[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Ioana, my wife, invited my for a walk. Our children were about to sleep, but we went to the centre of our small town. We bought some medicines for our children - they got cold. While walking I saw this vestibule and I asked her to pose.

If you ever though about your presence or absence in a certain place. What is the consequence of being somewhere or not being there. Or about our existence in general. If not me, who could live instead of me? If it was possible for me to be born 100 years before? What if my parents got married one year later?

If nobody is in a place, if we can be sure it really exists? Yet if nobody is there, who can state that this place really is? Our consciousness is a confirmation, but... what is our consciousness...

These two photos look similar, but they are this way because I was there with my camera and I took two photos. But if nobody was there, if the place looked the same? We believe so, but we have no prove...

Hi,
Very interesting image(s). I looked at this a long time. I certainly like the moody B & W. I'm trying to decide if I would like to see the exact same image with and without your wife, or whether your choice of them being slightly different is better. Who knows? Nice work.

Hi Piotr

Photography just the way I love. The b&w, the mood, the light, the
person standing, the composition the mystery.....very inspiring and creative. Bravo!
