Pauline,
It's a good portrait,
what is best about it is your friend, she is relaxed, natural and seems to be happy with this moment. The composition is also good, from her arm to her eyes is a diagonal, there is anough background but not too much.
Careful when leveling the eyes with the horizon, here the horizon is blurred, so it works.
The only point of critique is the post processing. The two layers, your friend and the city are seperated, but the railing (now part of your friend) is caught in the middle. Her skin lost the depth that a good B&W enhances (the dark detaiks in the coat are good however). Her hair between the shoulder and face become unnatural.
