Hi Wojciech - there is certainly appeal in this portrait. The close crop works for me and the sharpness on the main eye with the catchlight is good work. On this monitor it looks slightly too bright - so I'd be tempted to darken slightly, maybe raise contrast also. But a nice pic with a crop that is a little different but works well.
