Hello Pawel,
I like how you emphasized the feeling of loneliness and abandonment by not showing the faces of the passers-by (good horizontal crop) and by presenting us a very dark black & white picture.
I'm just not entirely convinced about your composition: I don't think that the negative space on the right adds something to the general mood of your picture (even not to the abandonment, its too "neutral" in my opinion). I would have done a severe vertical crop on the right, as to obtain a square format.
Just my personal opinion, of course. Feel free to (dis)agree ;o).

I think this is a very strong and dramatic image, beautifully presented.I see what Erik suggests and e maight be right, but the I also think that it adds a sense of space.
