Good shot of this old cottage, the lighting looks well managed. The windows look very close to the ground, makes me wonder what the ceiling height is :). Good idea with the crop - Simple but effective.

I have always wondered just how warm those roofs protected the house.
Great textures of the cracked paint and the roof, while the well saturated grasses offset the the composition.

great shot of this cottage,similar to Ireland whitewash walls,excellent detail well presented.a little bit of useless trivia most irish cottages have small windows beacause in the early 19th century a new tax was imposed on the amount of light entering the building,hence the saying daylight robbery was coined.
