This is a great idea. The plane and the smoke looks fantastic but you could clearly see you tried to paint the grain caused by low light - I'd suggest you make a black layer as background and erase the top layer leaving the plane/smoke only.

J'aime baucoup le contraste ente le noir et le blanc! Tu as fait d'un objet que nous croisons au quotidien quelque chose d'original, de puissant!!! Bravo pour ce travail!

common misconception, this is not pollution that comes out of exhaust. the trail that you'll commonly see on the sky, is mist. created by the heat of the engine. as air travels through the hot engine, it condensates then cools with the extreme frigid temperatures of the high altitude, so in fact, a airplane's engine creates a cloud like streak.

of course, the high altitude and space prevents the cloud from forming, thus it eventually disapears, as the mist, created by the hot engine does not contain enough water to create a full formed cloud, just enough to create this streak.
