Very curious reflection of swans Maciej. The necks are looking like notes of some musical composition. Good choice of B&W - IMHO however the composition could have been better with a slightly different framing... may be by restricting the number of birds or by creating some pattern out of their formation. Yet I like the clouds in the rippled surface of water and it is making a pleasant picture.

BW is a great choice. A good reflection and reflection of clouds made a full dream shot. Your cadre is excellent, But I think a good frame help this shot to shine more better. A lovely photo.
