[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Red is the only element that matters to me in this shot. I took it early summer, the season of the year whose colour- in Chinese philosphy, is red exactly, but it's not the longing for summer that made me post it today but the beginning of the new year, and echoing my note at TE- this is my attempt at bringing the symbolism of colours into life, and starting 2006 with an upload that's supposed to give me the energy that's hidden in the red. we'll see if it works...:-)

Hi Ola,
Very nice shot - it's a tulip if I recognise it well. Very good macro good dof and the red petals are stunning. I hope you are right with the energy load contained in red colour.

great close-up, beautifull colours, the glanz is wonderfull
for me the left down corner is a little dark, not lighted a little forgotten..........
but still very nice shot!!!!!!!!!!!
