This is a shot I made at the natural pool in Porto Moniz, on the northern part of Madeira. This place is quite beautiful, as you can see some rocks reflecting in the peaceful waters of the natural pools, while around, the sea is behaving quite the opposite and you can detect some small whirlpools around some rocks and many waves.
I incorpporated the human element to give some reference point. I like the reflections, as the color of the sky seemed more intense than the actual sky (it was a rainy day)
I increased sharpness and contrast, and resized. I thought of cropping the upper part of the shot to just how the reflection, but decided against it, because I also wanted to show a bit of the sea. |
