Luis, what a wonderful picture ! You have managed to capture the marks of time on her hands and head. By converting to B&W you have underlined the timelessness of the picture as well. Riminds me of Grandmother who was camera shy as well, however, she was always laughing hard behind her hands. Never managed to capture her like this !

Beautiful and very sharp as well. Very well exposed and the amount of flash used is perfect. I love the tone of the B&W.

very strong photo Luis!;-) the light is great and not too heavy, the frame is perfect, neat and simple. Personally, i hate to be photographed so i can understand her perfectly...;-) i 'd rather be the photographer! LOL

A good photo. The color tone is rather pale so personally, I would try sepia. Nonetheless, the textures are very good and the tight framing brings us closer to her. Great shot.

Wonderful!LOL I have a whole collection over years of just the same 'hand in face' family photos. Including a few 'one finger fists' shots too. Made my day Luis. LOL

Una fotografia muy expresiva. Me parece una buena decision haber cambiado la fotografia a blanco y negro. La claridad es muy buena y el tema en si es excelente.

I love this; hands have as unique a character as faces. I think the B&W works really well here.

Eu teria que passar o dia para comentar todas as suas. Entao para começar eu escolhi esta.
Eu mesma sofro diante de uma camera (entendo a sua avo...risos). Mas precisamente porque eu adoraria fazer "portraits" e acho dificilimo. Entao....BRAVO ! essa foto esta lindissima.
