slightly off centre helps the 'balance' of the shot...a slight tilt may be intentional..but could be corrected if not..
murted tones help to create mood

Very nicely balanced. Maybe the levels or contrast could be a little more to brighten the shot - and personally I would offset the door even further to the left to create a good balance in the shot.
