[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This one was taken by night.
It refers to a part of my old book colection... bad treated! :)

I hope you enjoy the general effect and the choice about color.

Il y a un côté littéraire en vous Carlos. J'aime bien cette composition de livres qui ont été lus et relus. Le côté photo ancienne avec du grain est parfait.
Très bien vu.

A badly treated book collection is most often a loved book collection. Looks like you reed these books more then one time, or the books are very old. Choise of colour is very good. It enahnces the night mood, as does the grain. The photo has this particular "night shoot light" which i really like.

Hello Carlos,
I do not like the choise about the colour, 'cause its b&w, which was a great choice in deed. (There are some experiments, that black and white works as the other complementary colours: yellow and blue and green and red)

Love the grain also. I couldn't read the titles, Portugal is a very secret language (said a Hungarian ;oD), but good eyes you have to catch this compo.

Lovely day to you!
Marcie

- Francis Bacon

These look like you tried to rip them apart with your teeth ;) Nice composition, I really like the grain and use of B&W. Thanks for sharing.

I have seen that in a dream, about the same, samr grainy look, so i keep it among my favorite. ARMANCE, from Standhal. was published in 1825 - its all about crazy love.

Excelent image dear Spoony ;))
You must read lots of books to have such titles on your private colection...
Great play with BW and the grain, increasing the special mood of this images.
Well done :)

This looks wonderful, Carlos - the b&w and the grain lends a specific moody touch to this close-up of the bookshelf. Like Zandra says - the way those books look tells that you have really gone back to them very often and browsed in them over and over. Well captured.

Ficou muito interessante... e granulação combina com fotos PB. Gostaria que incluisse mais informações sobre equipamento e técnica
