I feel that there is potential here for more than one good photograph however it is necessary to excercise some discrimination. There are 3 strong elements in the picture. The Church? upper right, arches of the bridge and reflections and the buildings on the left with their reflections. I find that my eye is restless and keeps moving between the 3. I would suggest focussing on two to simply the composition. eg the church and the arches or the buildings and the arches or reduce the strength of one of the components. I have done a workshop inan effort to show you what I mean. I hope you like.
